Manager Bootcamp Training
Gain competence and confidence in the employee life cycle fundamentals: (1) hiring and onboarding, (2) effectively managing performance and coaching for performance, and (3) thoughtfully and humanely approaching termination of employment, keeping risk minimization in mind. Each of these three critical areas requires mindfulness of legal requirements and the impact to the individual employee.
Training can be broken down to focus on just one, two or all three modules (hiring, performance, and terminations). Individual modules run for approximately 45‐60 minutes; for all three modules please set aside 2.5 hours. Inquire for pricing.
Anti-Harassment & Anti-Discrimination Training
Several states require annual training on the topic of keeping the workforce free of discrimination and harassment (as of 2023: CA, CT, DE, IL, ME, NY). Further, in states where training is required, it must generally be deemed “interactive” to meet the state training requirement. Even if not legally required, it is – without a doubt – a best practice to conduct this training annually.
